Mixed Running Groups

We currently have two mixed groups:

  • Wednesday evenings 6:45pm - 8:00pm 
  • Saturday mornings 8:00am - 9.15am

Our mixed groups are simply structured training sessions available to both men and women for those wanting to improve their running and general fitness as well as those preparing for specific race distances from 5k to the marathon. This group caters for all levels of fitness and abilities from complete beginners to more experienced runners.

Our Wednesday evening group is generally a track session held at Footes Lane with other venues occasionally used. Our Saturday group offers training session using a variety locations around the island including hills, park, grass and beach sessions. All of our group members are kept advised each week of training loctions, session details, as well as other running events and information. Note our Saturday group has a rest week approximately once per month. Rest weeks will usually coincide with our Park 5km event and other local running events.

Groups numbers are limited to ensure that all members get a good level of attention from our coaches. You will also be given access to our members area which contains a host of information including training plans, advice and conditioning routines (to help you stay injury free), our training diary and much more, all designed to help you unlock your full potential.

We also offer a 1-2-1 COACHING or can provide PERSONALISED TRAINING PLANS which can be used in conjunction with our group training sessions.
