Ladies Only Running Group
Our Ladies Only Group train on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 6.50/6.55pm.
You will get a structured session within a women’s only, friendly and social environment. These sessions are slightly shorter in length compared with our other groups and are generally aimed at ladies aiming to get into running for the first time and those aiming at distances of up to 5km.
Membership includes free access to our Members Only area.
