LMR Development Scheme:

This is a Guernsey based scheme set in partnership with the Guernsey Athletics Club which has been put in place to provide a development pathway to help both male and female endurance runners progress their running.

The main idea of the scheme is help runners progress to a higher level intergrating LMR groups and Guernsey Athletics training groups...

Whilst all standards are welcome to LMR sessions, we have set some guidelines on the development standards in order to give you an idea of the bench marks, this is not to be elitist but simply to provide individuals with some guidance on standards so they can make the best use of the training groups. This will also mean there are more people of a similar standard in the these respective groups.

You only need to be capable of one of the suggestion times for one distances as opposed to all three.
