Free Running Groups
Monday run group:
Every Monday evening a group run is organised (with exception of bank holidays) with the aim to cater for all abilities and provide a quality run in a group environment. The run lasts 45mins irrelevant of your speed with different locations used throught the summer and North Beach Car Park the regular meeting point during the winter months.
All runners are encouraged to get involved with this group run and we are currently aiming to empower members be creating various sub-groups at a variety of paces (per mile) so that those who do get involved can link in with one of these sub-groups. We current have sub-groups catering for runners of approx 45.00 to 62.00 minute standard over 10km (or equivalent 20.00/21.00 to 28.00 5km) however if you fall outside of this range and would like to get involved please get in touch as we are always looking to cater for more runners.

Free trials to any group
We offer any new enquiry to any of our structured group sessions a free trial session. Groups cater for all abilities from complete beginners to experienced runners with options of mixed groups on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings as well as our ladies only group (wednesday evening). Why not take part in a free trial and see what it's all about though.
