Free Running Groups
Every Sunday (except when there’s an event on organised by either LeeMerrienRunning or the Guernsey Athletics Club) there will be a 9am run organised, with all abilities encouraged to come along and get involved.
The meeting point and suggested route will be published on our facebook page each week by Stuart Moseley one of our group members. Varous routes or durations are suggest but of course anyone is welcome to join in and do part or all of what is offer. Individuals of all abilities are encouraged to get involved and do as little or as much as they wish, the more runners who get involved the more we can grow the group and fine people a group or training partner. Most weeks the location will be chosen near to a café or kiosk so that runners, should they to can stay behind afterwards for a cuppa and a chat.
Monday run group:
Every Monday evening a group run is organised (with exception of bank holidays) with the aim to cater for all abilities and provide a quality run in a group environment. The run lasts 45mins irrelevant of your speed with different locations used throught the summer and North Beach Car Park the regular meeting point during the winter months.
All runners are encouraged to get involved with this group run and we are currently aiming to empower members be creating various sub-groups at a variety of paces (per mile) so that those who do get involved can link in with one of these sub-groups. We current have sub-groups catering for runners of approx 45.00 to 62.00 minute standard over 10km (or equivalent 20.00/21.00 to 28.00 5km) however if you fall outside of this range and would like to get involved please get in touch as we are always looking to cater for more runners.

Free trials to any group
We offer any new enquiry to any of our structured group sessions a free trial session. Groups cater for all abilities from complete beginners to experienced runners with options of mixed groups on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings as well as our ladies only group (wednesday evening).
