Conditioning Sessions for Runners

We now offer weekly conditionings sessions specifically for runners. Improve how you move, function & your overall conditioning as well as relative strength levels to help you become more resilient to injury and ultimately improve your running. 

Session are held in small groups of approx 6 and are held as 5 to 7 week blocks ecah time. Newcomer to our groups will nee to complete a movement screen and perform some baseline strength tests to best identify individual needs & requirements as well as provide you with some baseline markers from which to improve. Ultimately knowing this information will allow the appropriate exercise selection and what needs to be prioritised for you.  Regular sessions will be geared to addressing and developing any relevant limitations and indeed develop better strength levels (relevant to running) and those who continue with the sessions via subsequent session blocks will see things progressed in line with some of the markers identified from the outset.

Currently we offer sessions on Tuesday (11.45-12.45 & 13.00-14.00) and Thursday lunch (13.00-14.00) at the Valour Fitness training studio, in Rouge Rue, St Peter Port. More slots maybe added in future.
