Beginners ' Get into Running'
Whilst all of our groups cater for all abilities, we do appreciate that starting out running for the first time can be a daunting prospect for someone who doesn't run or might be struggling with their running fitness. If you fall into this category then our beginners course & schedule might be worth considering...

Session are open to both men and women (occasionally we do provide ladies only sessions too) and will take you from no running or indeed limited running to being able to run 5km over the course of approx. 6 weeks. If you are someone who runs a little already but you are struggling to get out running consistently you might find joining one of our weekly group sessions alongside our beginners: Get into Running schedule is sufficent to get you started and help building up your running endurance (we generally recommend either our Wednesday evening ladies only group or our Saturday morning mixed group for this instance). If however you are someone who is starting out from stratch and would like to be part of a group that is purely made up of people in the same position with two weekly sessions then our 6 week 'Get into Running' course is likely to the best option.
