Whilst all of our groups cater for all abilities, we do appreciate that starting out running for the first time can be a daunting prospect for a complete beginner. If you fall into this category and by this we mean you are currently not running at all or are unable to run for 20 minutes continuously then our beginners schedule plan might be the one for you.
It is is open to both men and women and will take you from no running to being able to run for 20 minutes continuously over a 4 to 5 week period. You can join any one of our weekly groups alongside the schedule although we recommend either our Wednesday evening ladies only group or our Saturday morning mixed group. We also run sporadic complete beginners running sessions from time to time, the latest being January to March 2017, where we take complete beginners from no running to being able to complete 20minutes over a 7-8 week time frame.
Please note once you are signed up as a member you can sign up and access our members portal (you will need us to verify this however), in here you will be able to download our various training schedules which can be used in conjunction with group sessions.
