Beginners Running

Whilst all of our groups cater for all abilities, we do appreciate that starting out running for the first time can be a daunting prospect for a complete beginner. If you fall into this category and by this we mean you are currently not running at all or are unable to run for 20 minutes continuously then our beginners schedule plan might be the one for you.

Session are usuallu open to both men and women (occasionally we provide ladies only sessions too) and will take you from no running or limited running to being able to run for 20 minutes continuously or more over a 5 to 6 week period. You can technically join any one of our weekly groups alongside the schedule although we recommend either our Wednesday evening ladies only group or our Saturday morning mixed group, the latter has usually been the group we have historically used to put on specific beginners courses.
